Go ahead. Judge us by our covers.

As a for-profit business with non-profit values, ReFrame Community believes in the following:

EQUITY. We don’t believe in hierarchy. We believe in community and in reframing how business is done. (See what we did there?) Just wages, flexible work schedules, and a people-over-profit mentality are all central to our business model.

SUSTAINABILITY. While the pandemic has made it impossible to source sustainable fabrics that have the stretch and richness we need for the production of Reframes, we are committed to continuing our search for eco-friendly fabric. We are confident we’ll get there — eventually. In the meantime, we are focused on eco-friendly packaging to offset our carbon footprint.

COMPASSION. We believe in the inherent worth and value of all people, including our migrant neighbors and those who come to the U.S. seeking refuge from impossible situations. While we employ American-born workers as well, our focus is to provide work opportunities for migrant and refugee women and men seeking a better life for themselves and their families.

We started ReFrame Community with a vision to make a thing to employ people, rather than to employ people to make a thing. But we're also really excited about the thing we make! If you'd like to read about how we got here, check this out
